I got to experience a new roller coaster at an amusement park yesterday! It was awesome! You hop in the seat like you really know what's going on and then the seat goes all the way back and as you are just lying there feeling like you just lost control, trying to decide if this coaster was a good idea or not..........the ride begins.................... you jet off backwards............. not knowing what's ahead of you ............... having faith that you won't fall out as you are looking at the park hundreds of feet below........ just hanging there....
It reminded me of life..... we control very little although sometimes we don't want to admit it. We never really know what to expect although we try to set the stage for the way we want things to go. Life travels much faster than we would like it to most days but we learn to hang on for dear life ....... having faith that in the end, we realize we are having the time of our lives ...... making memories.......... building stories....... writing chapters....
Awwwww.... it was a great ride......
